The following articles govern the general conditions of sale of the products marketed by the website bellinghieri.it of Azienda Agricola Bellinghieri - Salita XXV Aprile, 1 - 18017 Cipressa (IM).

Upon completion of the order and acceptance of the conditions of sale, the user will be transferred to the ‘checkout’ to proceed with the purchase and will be asked for the chosen method of payment (paypal, credit card, bank transfer). The completion of the payment procedure by entering the required details and the ‘click’ on the ‘proceed with sending the order’ button will result in the signing of the contract.

The shipment of the purchased goods, if immediately available according to the indications on the site, shall take place immediately and in any case in compliance with the terms of Article 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the products shall only be shipped once payment has been received and accounted for.

Delivery of the goods shall take place by express courier and shipping costs, if not expressly indicated as free of charge, shall be invoiced upon confirmation of the order and shall be charged to the consumer.

Once the order has been placed and the payment procedure completed, the customer will receive a communication to the e-mail address indicated during registration and/or completion of the form, stating that the order has been accepted. If available, he/she will also receive confirmation that the goods have been shipped.

Upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, the risks attributable to the products are automatically transferred to the consumer who has acquired ownership of them at the exact moment of payment.

On goods marketed through the website, the legal warranty provided by the manufacturer and laid down in the legislation on the protection of consumer rights with regard to manufacturing defects and product conformity shall apply.

If, upon delivery, defects in the integrity of the packaging or suspected breakage are discovered, these must be immediately reported to the carrier.

The purchaser is recognised the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online pursuant to Articles 52, 54 and 57 of the Consumer Code. The exercise of this right must be communicated exclusively by pec to the address aziendagricolabellinghieri@pec.it or by registered letter with return receipt to the address Azienda Agricola Bellinghieri - Salita XXV Aprile, 1 - 18017 Cipressa (IM). Unscheduled means of communication will not be accepted. Goods subject to withdrawal must be returned intact in their original packaging and complete with any documentation to the address Azienda Agricola Bellinghieri - Salita XXV Aprile, 1 - 18017 Cipressa (IM), always in compliance with the term set out in Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Return costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

Italian law shall apply exclusively to this contract. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising shall be the place of residence of the consumer.
